Ohlone Definition

The Ohlone are a group of Native American peoples originally from the California coast, including parts of what is now the San Francisco Bay Area, Central Coast, and Monterey Bay regions. They historically spoke several different Ohlone languages and had a rich cultural heritage, including sophisticated architecture, agriculture, and social structures.
